Global Scholarship Recipients

Helping PCMA Offer a Worldly Perspective

PCMA strives to create learning environments that bring in perspectives from all different backgrounds, cultures, and industries. One way it does so is through the PCMA Education Foundation’s global scholarship program.

Meeting professionals who are based outside North America and plan meetings outside their home country are eligible for the scholarship. Recipients get Convening Leaders registration, three to four nights’ accommodation, and a travel stipend of up to $1,000.

Every year, the Foundation awards more than 55 total scholarships — including the global scholarship — at Convening Leaders, and more than 70 scholarships overall.

“These scholarships offer an opportunity to build the community of our global audience and showcase even more education and learning experiments,” said Katie Yandell, global development specialist for PCMA. “They stay engaged after Convening Leaders, and frequently participate in our smaller events in the following years.”
